Slow Summer Dust
It's entirely too dry. The dust is coming. If only we hadn't uprooted the whole prairie to plant corn and soybeans.
A dry spring has given way to a slow summer.
The hard work pays off eventually,
but not today.
The pollinators are somewhere else,
I hope they're okay.
The peonies are wilting quickly.
